The first step in wine-making is harvesting. The taste of wine so much depends on when and how the grapes gathered. Every bunch of our grapes is hand-picked and carefully sorted and only best of them are selected for our wines.
The primary grape processing – the process of separating grape from its stems, is carried out in our workshop equipped with the equipment manufactured by “Bucher Vaslin”, which is the largest French manufacturer of primary grape processing equipment.
After the primary processing, grape undergoes the phase of must processing, after which the pressed grape goes to the next step.
